Dunkin'

This place doesn't give you your receipt for a reason!! They don't want you to review them. They do not make espresso drinks consistent to the standards of other Dunkin Donut locations. (Macchiatos should have the steamed milk.) They may be quick to give you your order but it won't be right. It also won't be worth what you are paying for. They are fooling LOCALS everyday. Shameless.

There is a horrendous language barrier problem at this location. The lady spoke to me in a very pronounced Indian or Pakistani accent so much so that I could barely understand her. I was speaking English clearly and concisely and she had an tremendously difficult time understanding me. In fact, I had to literally repeat my order at least 10 times for her to tell me she finally inderstood me; and since I was already very mentally and physically exhausted from sitting in court for 3 hours I didn't open the bag and check it out before leaving as I would normally do. I got home and opened the bag and found I was charged and given an extra 6pc hashbrowns I did not order and moreover the loaded Chipotle hasbrowns were absolutely disgusting. They were very burnt, had only a few tidbits of bacon a

Charging $5 a sandwich and thinking this visibly burnt mess is acceptable to give customers is insane. They were also not friendly.

Stopped in to the Pasadena/Ritchie Hwy Dunkin' this morning and I had to share our experience.. ..there's a young man (Caucasian, slim build, brown hair and some facial hair) who was FANTASTIC! He greeted us with such an upbeat, bright attitude and helped me figure out the Coolatta drink I like after I struggled to name it. Our drinks were out within one minute, which is lightning speed, and they were both delicious. Parking may get tight at times based on the location, however the store was clean and service was quick. Thank you so much to the man who served us. You brightened the morning and provided excellent service! We've never been to this Dunkin' location before but will return.

The guy is working there making the food, not wearing no gloves he’s sick, digging up his nose, coughing, sneezing, and making people sandwich sandwiches and coffee no gloves I let them keep the money and the food and I just walked out. You gotta be careful man. I’ll make my coffee at home for now on
