Dunkin'

Total rip-off. Can't really blame the employees, but I can sure their corporation. Almost $4 for a small half full cup of hashbrowns. Ridiculous. You'll get acknowledged faster if you do Drive-thru. If you walk up, you might not get seen right away. It's getting colder outside, you'll be warmer in your vehicle. My friend also waited for someone to come to the window. Even though it was ordered through the app, an acknowledgement would've been better than asking yourself if they even know you're there.

Girl at the window today had a TERRIBLE attitude. I could tell from the tone in her voice on the speaker it was going to be a bad experience, I tried to be chipper and polite with her but just kept being met with a short temper and no responses. When I told her she had a bad attitude while driving away she proceeded to hang out the window and yell at me. She also purposely burnt my daughters sandwich

These donuts are completely stale now. We stopped and got a box of munchkins and two donuts, they were all hard and stale. The munchkins were nearly inedible. I hardly ever get dunkin will definitely spend my money elsewhere!

this dunkin location is the cheapest and stingiest place around. it’s not the employees faults, if you live in the area you’ll know that they have been known for employee abuse and child labor violations. I go to this dunkin almost every day and everyone is super friendly and helpful. that’s not the point of this post. All the reviews i’ve seen are people complaining about being charged for tap water, half filled things of food etc. I paid almost 7 dollars for a drink today and it was 90% ice. i think i had gotten a total of 3 sips. i know it’s not the employees fault because i know the owner of this specific store watches them through a camera 24/7 and critiques them. do better, you know who you are. i’ll drive to hershey from now on.

I NEVER get the drink I order. Half the time it doesn’t show up on the screen so you can’t even correct them. The drinks I end up with are always more expensive than the ones I order and are nasty I don’t even drink them. I only go here because my kids like doughnuts but after today I said no more. I will stop at the gas station do doughnuts.
