Dunkin'

Ask for something hot get it cold instead, ask for 10 munchkins get 9 instead, what's going on down there? Today I ask for a sausage egg and cheese bagel and got a boulder instead....couldn't even bite threw it

Usally I have good experiences here, but today the coffee tastes like sink water, and the staff was rude. They forgot my cold foam and when I asked for it to be fixed they put on a lid too big and ignored my apologies and my thanks. Food service is hard, but some of us are also food service workers who just want a treat. Can’t even take a sip of my shitty coffee without it spilling all over me.

Went here this morning got a coffee said it’s nasty today meaning the weather. Lady says in drive thru yeah I wouldn’t be risking my life for Dunkin and everyone’s still out in it. Informed her I live right up the road if you don’t want to do your job then stay home. She was miserable and if you can’t drive in NY by now in winter conditions then you shouldn’t drive at all. Many people that do plow services stop for coffee. They have lost my business here due to the lady in drive thru today don’t know her name but she’s very rude!

i just want to start by saying I’ve seen some pretty bad reviews of rude management at this location. so much to the point where i believe action should be taken before it is the downfall of this store. i showed up to this store at 7am 11/10/25 looking to try out the new bacon jam sandwich. this sandwich was advertised on the menu although i was told they did not have access to these sandwiches just yet. i do believe all dunkin’s were supposed to release this sandwich today and this was just a cause of lazy management. i am dissatisfied with my experience as i see many others have been as well. if the owner of this store has a shred of care for the customers it serves.. something should be done about management.

I wish I asked her name but the lady who took our order in Octiber 6/25 arround 3p.m was an absolute rude person I ever faced....first the speaker was not clear so we couldn't hear her so she got mad by that and told us yo pull in the next window without finishing placing our order....ok so I thought she will continue receiving our order in the next window just for her not even to care and when I asked her if there are cold drinks I can order....with a big ugly attitude she wasn't willing to tell us. I know this comment my not be helpful to the management if I don't have her name but if the management cares and train their customer service people POLITENESS will be awesome. I gave 2 stars cause of the location and the coffee is ok.
