Dunkin'

This was the absolute worst experience I’ve had at a Dunkin, and trust me when I say this, I’m a frequent customer. Just not at this store. I ordered on the app, my usual coffee, a sourdough breakfast sandwich and hash browns. Nothing crazy. I get there for my order, coffee was perfect, however my sandwich was not. They used the heels of the bread to make my sandwich, my whole sandwich was basically egg, I’ll attach pics. I asked for it to just be transferred over to full size bread and their response was “we aren’t wasting our bread.” So I paid full price for a full sized sandwich and didn’t even get the sandwich lol. It’s laughable honestly. But how would this employee feel had it been hers? Do better people. I also added a picture of what it’s supposed to look like.

Order was wrong, no receipt, tried calling the store repetitively no answer of course. Went in the store and said something a day later. The manager gave big attitude towards me and said "ill do it this time but next time come back in that day or call the store, am have proof you actually did try to call" an turned her back on me. Of course i said "i did" and attempted to show her my phone. She didn't even want to see it wouldn't even take a glance. She didn't even look in my direction and handed me my coffee and walked away. Id understand if this was something that i did regularly or if i had an huge order or extremely busy. But it was 2 coffes! Black, sugar, cream not a huge deal. I love Dunkin, will always love Dunkin but man they have been cheating me out of cream cheese on my bagel, it’s got like nothing on it. I also order hot chocolate cuz it’s so good, but recently for a few months is like drinking pure water, it sucks. And it’s a waist of my money. Dunkin please fix your hot chocolate it’s more like hot water. It’s nasty recently.

I always order via dunkin app. The same thing, today I received cold coffee and the server said it was fresh and wouldn't listen to me. I then tossed it in the trash( I missed a little) she told me not to return because I was disrespectful. Now I'm trying to get through to customer service. She was so rude to me.

Honestly they never make my drink the same way twice it's always different. I miss Starbucks 😭 I have gone to DD at 3 times in the last couple of months and it has not improved. The people are friendly but the drinks never taste the same and they often mess up my order. I don't complain because I know how it is. I just have to remind myself that it isn't worth $6. They have all these discontinued items on the menu still.... Corporate needs to update the menus to match what they are selling. I'm not going back.
