Dunkin'

Went through and got food and coffee for my family. No other customers waiting, 3 employees working. Was greeted very rudely by the thin lady with the gray hair. She was very defensive as if I expected my large order right away. I pull up to the front and go in to pick up my order and my food is smashed into the bag, donuts tasted stale, and coffee was like hot water with cream and flavor shots. Won't be going back, this one gives dunkin a bad name.

This place is consistently getting worse and worse and I don’t blame the workers a bit.. so many times they have only ONE employee that is struggling to take care of everything alone in the shop. Constantly giving medium or small drinks instead of the paid large and missing orders!

The people were nice from order to deliver. They were fast even though they were very busy. My coffee tastes fresh, and it was made perfectly. Put me in a good mood to continue my very busy day.

If i could give ZERO stars this would be the chosen rating!!! It took 15 (NO LESS) to get 2 hot coffees a med refresher and an ice latte.!!!! The car behind us left the line because it was taking a obnoxiously long time… this with no line as well as one customer in the dining area. We counted 5 employees (could have been more) but FIVE. The window employee had less than acceptable customer service and heres the best part…… ice latte was warm n 2 out of 4 drinks were made incorrectly. DO BETTER ORRINGTON!!!😡🤬😤😖$23 down the toilet.

We love Dunking in Orrington. All the people who work there are always wonderful and very quick and helpful. .They are always nice to Hunter my English Setter. Thankyou very much. We love you all.
