Dunkin'

We stopped at the Dunkin’ Donuts for a snack before continuing our trip. The egg, cheese and sausage croissant was tasty and served warm. The atmosphere is very rushed and crowded with absolutely no assistance from the staff on hand. I know this is quick food but a smile or any enthusiasm would make the experience of being there so much better.

I ordered a medium iced coffee but was given a small. When I pointed out the mistake, the worker grabbed a medium cup, filled it with ice, poured my entire drink into it, added approximately one tablespoon of milk, and handed it back to me. Instead of properly fixing the mistake, all she did was overload my small coffee with ice to make it a “medium.” I couldn’t even get the straw more than half an inch into the drink because the amount of ice. Horrible customer service at this location.

You will spend less time driving across town to a different Dunkin'. Understaffed, poor quality, overpriced, very long wait times. Beware, especially on travel timelines. They don’t accept gift cards, and you can’t order on the kiosk or app creating long lines. (The kiosks were all down)

Stopped to get coffee bagels with cream cheese and muffins. Ordered from kiosk as line to order from person was long. Waited 32 minutes for completed order. Out of muffins and he said kiosk wasn’t updated. Got an apple fritter instead that has to be at least 24 hours old as it was very hard and no taste. Bagels came without the cream cheese. Would have been better to go to Wendy’s or KFC. Staff didn’t seem to follow gop hand hygiene

If I could rate this 0 stars I absolutely would. Ordered a single large regular coffee, waited almost 30 minutes. No service. Asked for a refund and they couldn’t even refund the full amount of my order because I regrettably added a tip to my total. Absolutely unacceptable.
