Dunkin'

Drive thru got my order wrong I like hot drinks and specifically said “hot”. They gave me iced I said it was wrong. But to make it easy on them I asked for the drink back and the tall red head guy stomped back with my drink and slammed the window shut. It was very disrespectful. I don’t appreciate that when I accepted what I did not order. I specify hot every morning.

Bacon egg cheese croissant, hash browns & 5 blueberry donut holes. The hash browns were all mushed into a glob, they were super greasy. The croissant was mashed and just tasted like old butter, with a sliver of bacon & an egg. The egg was pretty much the only real edible thing. The donut holes weren't anything to write home about. No better than packaged donuts.

The service was exceptional this morning! The young man who took my order was very polite and knowledgeable. Our drinks were excellent.

So twice now I've gone to this location and ordered a cold brew coffee (no extras) and ended up with and iced coffee with cream and sugar added. The first time I let it slide bc I was running late. Today I pointed out the mistake. Asked for the cold brew and cood foam only. All they did was take the drink back talk to the girl then come back and give me the excuse they remade it and "this is what it's supposed to look like with the foam and pumpkin syrup." I tasted it and can't taste the pumpkin. Looked at the receipt and saw they put extras on it. So they not only refused to make me the right order. They lied and clearly have no idea what they are doing as a barista. Cold brew doesn't have ice and should be milky in color until well after I get it and the cold foam has blended in.

I have been at this store multiple times, coffee is always good. The donuts are another matter. The donuts are always cold. If you go through the drive-thru you might not get what you asked for. This is dunkin' donuts not Duncan coffee the donut should be fresh not cold.
