This is my favorite Dunkin' location in the Fort Lauderdale area because of the team's transparency. I placed a mobile order at the 1801 W Oakland Park Blvd Dunkin' on New Year's Eve. When I arrived a little after 5pm, the lone employee at the store informed me that they were closing at 6pm, the ovens were shut down for the day, and they were out of the donuts I ordered. They also didn't have the Peppermint Mocha Signature Latte I ordered and the employee let me know that most/all Dunkin' locations got rid of the seasonal product after Christmas. I was able to replace that drink with another Signature Latte. The employee told me to come back the next morning to let the rest of his team know to give me the rest of my order of half a dozen donuts, a bagel sandwich, and hash browns. They und

Good coffee. Good music. Lousy donut. Just curious as to why when I arrived and sat down while two women were ahead of me the employee said, "Hey boss man if you ain't ordering you can't be here." I mentioned I was ordering online which seemed to solve the issue. Did I look like I don't belong?

Great place. Great group of hard working individuals specially on Sunday mornings. Noticed a new manager has made this location much more pleasant and intriguing. She's a petite, short haired, light skinned lady usually wearing pink. I'll update her name once I remember. But overall I enjoy showing up for coffee while her smile lights up the whole lobby. ❤️

This is only based off customer service and what happen today. I had a door dash order mine you the building is completely hot in the inside and still serving customer, the manager was pretty ok but his employees seems a little frustrated.I'm in there for at least 10 mins nothing was never announced about the air until yt woman mention something. The employee with dreads that young man was rude. Apply for jobs you love not like
