Dunkin'

It's a hit or a miss when you come here, most times the latter. Sometimes drinks are made right, other times it's more milk than coffee or more ice than actual drink. They never toast sandwich bread, even if you ask them to. They do not put espresso in any drinks unless it is used to make the drink itself (i.e. Shakin' Espresso). Paid extra for a shot of espresso? They don't care! Pictured is a large drink (No Ice was not an option I could ask for with this particular drink) so I removed the ice and this is what was left. I'm not sure if they need new management or retraining, but it's a shame either way.

I’ve given this dunkin so many chances. This is my order today. Bacon egg and cheese croissant, missing the top of the croissant. Smh!!

After a few visits they remembered me and my order. Very friendly and efficient staff.

One of the worst Dunkin locations I’ve ever went to. On multiple occasions, my order will be wrong and I will be charged more than I should have. Also one of the most expensive dunkin locations ever. If you are going to be more expensive, at least make the orders right, be friendly, and don’t over charge on top of an already expensive item. I actually have to look at my receipt because sometimes there will be items on my receipt that I never ordered. And Some of the most miserable staff I’ve ever encountered. The younger girls always get the orders wrong but it’s this one old lady who looks like she’s foaming at the mouth ready to bark at someone. Not a nice lady. Horrible service horrible atmosphere. Stay away!!

The girls here today were very overwhelmed, respectively so, due to there being about 10 order pick ups pending when I got there. They were very lively and communicative which is very appreciated. Great multitaskers and no mistakes were made on my end. They were also having fun while supporting customers which was refreshing considering they couldn’t have much fun with 10 orders waiting- they were constantly moving and has great attitudes. Special shout out to Emily.
