Dunkin'

I’m convinced this place has a secret pot labeled “Old, watered-down coffee – reward points only.” Every morning when I pay, the coffee is fresh and hot. But the moment I use reward points? Suddenly it’s lukewarm, stale, and downright gross. And don’t get me started on the donuts...! They taste like they’ve been sitting out for days. Truly disappointing.

I have mixed experiences depending on who is working. Sometimes my hot food isn’t hot, sometimes I receive napkins other times I don’t, when I order a donut they’ll place it in the bag frosting side down and when I go to eat it the frosting has melted off completely. Generally the coffee is fine, and over the last 6 months the friendliness of staff has improved, but the food standards have a ling way to go.

I ordered a large hit capuccino and was a medium size pour in a large cup I believe also, it looks like they spilled it somehow cause the cup looks dirty with coffee. I don’t have the time to go and return it because I only have half hour lunch but honestly coffee is my drug , how can you do this to me . 😩 girls are super nice and try to work it out I have no complain about it just next time be aware.

I like to make my coffee a certain way, with a few changes to make it to my liking. They got it from the first , even though it’s honestly not that complicated, being that other places don’t listen and thus don’t make it right, I was happy that they made it good. Thank you.

My family and I have gone to this Dunkin every Sunday. Everytime we go there, they always get one or more of our orders wrong. One time, I ordered a chicken and roasted pepper rap. It came out COLD! They did not even try to heat it up. Today, we ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese bagel. The woman only gave us an egg and cheese bagel! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!
