Great spot to grab coffee and breakfast! The coffee is always fresh and the donuts are delicious. Service is fast and the staff are friendly, making it a perfect stop when you’re on the go. The location is clean and well organized, and the drive-thru is very convenient. Always a reliable place for a quick and tasty start to the day! If you want, I can also make a super short review (1–2 lines) that looks more natural for Google Maps reviewers.

Don’t know why I’m made to feel like I’m being a hassle to get food remade that should’ve never went out the window. Am I crazy or is this unappetizing? Idk why we’re serving bagels that look like this and are cut super uneven.

As a norwich local (unfortunately) i can confidently state that this place used to be great, but idk what has happened within the past few months. I always go through the drive through and the last like 5 times i have gone here the service has been SO slow. I just came back from dunkin today and i kept looking at the clock and it genuinely took half an hour from the time i got to the ordering speaker thing until i left with my order. On top of that, the food has been so mediocre. The everything bagels used to be my go to but every time i have ordered them recently they are either doughy or stale, but always gross, so i have been ordering the everything stuffed bagel minis instead (these are still good). LASTLY, the people speaking at the drive through have the worst attitude ever and it is

So it’s Christmas Eve and I go to this Dunkin’ Donuts location simply to order a mocha latte. 2:30 in the afternoon and there’s only two employees which I understand nearing the holiday. The tall girl was working very hard. The other girl shorter had the nastiest attitude And dumped that on me at the Register. Note that I come in here often and the people are usually very nice, this employee I have never seen before, but something really needs to be done about her as my family and I made a pact to never come back to the Duncan location again, just because of one bad employee.

Every. Time. If your toaster doesn’t toast correctly… Do Not: a) just not use it or - as you chose to do today - b) let it burn, baby, burn Call Dunkin Support, or whatever. Get it fixed. Don’t use it as an excuse for the next 3-7 years for flupped up product, please. This shit ain’t cheap. Now my only food for today is a slice of cold AND burnt toast, yet again. Idk. Do better, maybe? I don’t even want to call about it. All I ever hear is, “okay, I’m the manager…”. Yes, we know. That’s why we called. 🤦🏼‍♀️. Now just let me gag my delicious toast down in peace.
