Dunkin'

LOVE coming here for my (almost) daily refresher. The staff has been so wonderful to me since I've been coming here-- I have no complaints. The one man at the window (forgive me because I really don't know his name) goes above and beyond to get orders fixed if something is wrong! For example, there was a time they had run out of something I ordered, and he asked if there was anything I'd like in it's place... he gave me extras of them! Honestly, it's like any business.. you can read all the crappy reviews below or just take it for what it is... They are humans in there doing the best they can in this crappy economy! And they're doing a GREAT job. Thank you, Dunkin in Northampton!

I only ever come here when I’m in a pinch, and every time I come here I am reminded why I DON’T. I have had more negative encounters with staff than I have positive. Everyone seems very miserable and not friendly whatsoever. They didn’t have what I mobile ordered today, and when I asked for a refund I was told I must contact customer service. For a donut? This was after they handed me a coffee that they noticed was messy, and then handed to me anyway- to which it spilled all over my pants.

Complete garbage food and coffee. Coffee tasted like I was drinking sand and my bagel was soft (not toasted whatsoever). Hopefully management can make some changes in the correct direction!

Ordered a breakfast sandwich, completely burnt. This should not have been given out to a customer like this. Disappointed in the quality of food.

I've gotten from this location 3 times and only once was the order ok. One time I had a hair in my frozen drink and another time I had items missing from my order. I failed to check before I got home and had to drive back each time. At least throw in a free donut or something when you mess up. Not impressed with this location.
