Dunkin'

The customer service is very poor. They don't care about the customers. The employees working there, are not trained for good customer service. Always need to ask for napkins, ketchup, salt. I had a bad experience with a lady working there. She charged my gift card, and it was the last remaining amount on the card so I throw it in garbage once she charged on machine. Later on the lady employee came and told me that somehow it was not charged. I confirmed with her before throwing the card in the garbage container. I was so pissed off. I paid from my other card. The lady had no regret about that. She could wave the charges as it was her fault. But she didn't say even sorry.

On my last couple recent visit expecting a smooth experience, but was disappointed by the lack of attention to basic customer needs. Condiments like sugar, salt, pepper, and napkins weren’t provided unless I asked—twice. These essentials should be readily available or automatically included with orders, especially for takeout.

I've noticed on several recent visits that basic condiments like napkins, salt, and pepper are not included with food orders. They don’t keep them out at the pick up counter. Every time , customer has to wait in line again to get these items, which is frustrating and slows down the process, especially when in a hurry.

Editing a couple years later and this location has improved. The staff is friendlier again, the hours are back to what's posted,, and it's become reliable once again. The food is made when you order, and while the occassional order isn't quite what I asked for, most of the time they get it right. Hot items come out hot, cold items are chilled nicely. A great improvement over my experiences a few years back.

The worst customer service received form any Dunkins I visited. If you order something online and they are out of that particular item (even though it showed available while ordering), the cashier/server does not bother to make you aware that they are out of item and if you like anything else. Just would give you other things that was on the order list without even letting you know that they are out of the other items you order even though you were charged for those items too. Be aware of that if you order multiple items, it already happed twice with me. I ignored the first one though it was a mistake, but it looks like they run the business in that way.
