Ive had multiple pleasant experiences here. My coffee is always right and the only time I've had an issue is with the app. But.. im leaving 4 stars because today I witnessed management talking poorly to a girl wanting to take a break bc she said she works an 8 hour shift today. There is no reason to be telling her she doesnt need a break, and saying "i dont give a shit" infront of multiple customers and embarrassing her like that. EVERY employee is equal and deserves a break multiple times a shift if needed. Whether that is to smoke, use the restroom or eat!. If I wasnt in a rush today I would have spoke up bc she was clearly hurt and this needs to be addressed. Almost every single time I’ve stopped by things aren’t made right. As soon as you correct them or ask them to fix it, you’re always met with an attitude. You can tell they just don’t have a good work environment. There’s been multiple occasions where I’ve asked for a remake and it was STILL incorrect. Staff has poor communication—they don’t listen to the customer, or each other. Overall, this is probably one of the worst around when it comes to service, and management is just as rude. I’d rather go to Warrens Dunkin until they can get competent people working here.

If you love your coffee made wrong almost every single time and if you love drinking tons of coffee grounds in your ice coffee go here! Also if you love getting black tea with creamer in it instead of an ice cofee this is your place! I have completely given up on this location which saddens me because it's the closest around. I have tried on multiple occasions to give them another shot but it's just never correct. The management is terrible and it shows bc these people can't even brew a batch of coffee correctly.
