Terrible employees and managers over all. The managers do not do anything to handle a situation, I've been in here multiple times and each time, I've had an issue, and the managers never made it better. They’ve always been snarky and just have attitudes, the employees are no better. Just walking in there its very dirty i can tell nobody really cleans or gets underneath anything, the bathrooms are also disgusting. Theres always a long wait whether its busy or not. Ive come here because it’s close to my home and work. Now i will never return. It’s a terrible business and terribly run. My drinks are never made correctly and my food is always sloppily thrown together or cold. This business needs to be shut down or there needs to be new management! I come here pretty often and I always get an iced latte and today has been like the third time now that they never put the espresso in and just hand me a cup of iced milk, my bf got it for me today so it wasn't corrected before leaving but its honestly not even a difficult drink to make

Whole process was good til I received my 🥑 toast with bacon. The pictures looks like nothing I received and it was 1 slice of toast for almost 5 bucks the least it should be is 2 slices and somewhat similar in pictures to what is received. 😔

I will give them credit because it was busy however it was awful service from start to finish. The woman taking my order was consistently talking over me while I was trying to place a $32 order so I immediately had a feeling that it wasn’t going to go well and I was right. After I ordered, she gave me my total and then said hang up so I stayed at the speaker and after 2 to 3 minutes I said should I pull forward today and the response I got was “uh yeah” as if it was obvious after I was told to hang on….The elderly woman at the window, as soon as she handed me the first coffee (that had 1/8 of the normal amount of cold foam that I pay extra for on it) I said oh this was supposed to have cinnamon and sugar on top of the cold foam. Slow service period. Only customer in restaurant and entire staff waited 5 minutes to make my 4 croissants. Went through drive through another time and waited 10 minutes because new trainee lost our order. After inquiring about my food manager gave a summation about staff in a strong manner. No apology simply a reflex to attack a customer.
