Customer Reviews
Staff ignored me for several minutes when I arrived. For donuts, prices are listed on the glass case for all donuts, with the exception of apple fritters and muffins having their own price labels. No other prices listed for donuts. When staff finally acknowledged me, I tried to order French cruellers and was told they have an upcharge and cost $0.50 more each. I asked where that was listed, as the prices shown don’t say that, and staff said their sign is missing. This is the ONLY Dunkin’ that I’ve found has an “upcharge” on the French cruellers, I’ve never run into this before at any other location. It seemed especially suspicious since that “upcharge” wasn’t listed or shown anywhere in the store. I let the staff know management needs to fix the missing sign/price issue because they’re
Dont go to this dunkin. Theres another one on green street and another on 23 mile. I am a dunkin lover and i went to this location for the first time and waited 20 mins for 2 bacon egg and cheese bagels, a strawberry dragon fruit redresher and 2 orders of hashbrowns. (We were the only people in line). My refresher was good but the hashbrowns were burnt and the bagel was hard as a rock, and the egg texture was diffenent than others ive had in the past. I took one bight and threw it away. My boyfreind hates wasting food and was starving so he ate the whole thing and 20 minutes later started feeling nauseous. Threw out the day hes thrown up 3 times. NEVER GOING BACK TO THAT DUNKIN.
The morning crew is great here and very polite! They go above and beyond to make sure you are happy. If there is a problem, they are happy to fix it and make it right.
2nd bad experience . My iced cap was 60 percent foam and tasted terrible. My bagel was not toasted like asked and it tasted ild and hard
I've been to 2 different ones early, middle of day and night donuts are as stale like from the night before then you get one good one but they are hard I was disappointed not like it use to be
