Customer service skills need to be worked on when greeting people (if you don’t like your job find a new one) hash browns are always broken thrown into the bag with breakfast very sloppy looking . Less coffee and more cold foam in cup .
literally had mold in my sandwich after eating half of it, workers are always rude. Why am I expected to pay $7 for a breakfast sandwhich that clearly is made with products whom nobody monitors for expiration or freshness?
If you have a lot of time to kill? This is the best location for it. Wait 15 min for your beverage? Sure. Why not? "Hey, I asked for a pumpkin spice latte?" Kid: "A what?" Yeah, I think you get where I'm going with this
Excelent service....donuts used to be terrible until....MIGUEL STARTED MAKING THEM...HE IS THE BEST THING TO HAPPEN TO THIS PLACE...THE DONUTS ARE ALWSYS FRESH AND BAKED JUST RIGHT..ALSO THE MAMAGER JASON IS TOPS HE MAKES SHOULD EVERY THING IS PERFECT...coffee is always fresh.....I'm a good customer everyday some times twice....some of the kids are slow on drivethru....but otherwise this place ROCKS
not the best Dunkin I've been to but the employees are nice. Giana was great and helped me with my order so ill defiantly come back
