Great service from Melissa today. She was very friendly and knowledgeable and helped me pick the right coffee ☺️

Seems like the only decent workers are the two men. The others are always on their phones, don’t want to make certain drinks because they have to clean the machine, and are overall just moody. It’s a cushy job, your hours aren’t long, customer service should be top priority.

Sometimes the workers can be decent but usually they’re super dry and kind of rude. Idk why. I always try to thank them and say have a good day but am ignored. This one guy and girl that work week day mornings just stare at you like you’re annoying them and they just want you gone it’s kind of odd. I ordered two of something recently, said it loud and clear, and the girl comes up to the guy at the register and asks one or two, and he stared at me in the face and said one, next in line…

I wish i could give 0 stars. This was my last visit to dunkin. At this point i rather pay starbucks prices if it means i dont have to put up with the rude staff. I get that we have our off days but it seems like this location hires people who clearly DO NOT want to be there and hate their job. Today an employee named Kimberly was so rude and had an incredibly bad attitude. If the manager so happens to read reviews please bring it to her attention that she can at least pretend to enjoy her job. We the customers are not to blame so why take it out on us.

Absolutely worst dunkin donuts when it comes to getting an order correct. They always have attitudes as well, but I can understand that being where they are. One wrong order? Okay. Two? A little aggravated. Every time I come to this location? That's just too much. Edit: Food and drinks are decent so can't give it one star. Edit 2: The coffee was actually really terrible this time around.
