Best Dunkin Experience I’ve ever had! 🍩 Visited this Dunkin Donuts this morning and was greeted by the very tall cashier with the mustache. He made me feel welcome and was extraordinarily helpful + patient. Dear management - please nominate him for something special and/or a pay raise. 😊

Paid almost 8 dollars for a coffee and it had a hair in it. Called the store and was told to leave a complaint online, no manager in store, after which hung up.

thank God they had a self order station in this location. Service was actually kind of slow but the store was busy. Once I was able to get ordered, the self-service station was not printing receipts, so you just had to remember your number. But then again, they did not call out the numbers so you just kind of had to watch for what was going down the line. When I asked about my other part of my order, I was told they don’t do that part. It Hass to be completed by somebody else. That’s fine. I waited and got what I needed. The bagel bites were absolutely amazing! Everything I hope they would be and more. Got some munchkins. You really can’t go wrong with those, pretty standard. Also went with the sourdough breakfast sandwich. That thing was absolutely amazing! All in all it was not a bad exp

Absolutely the worst I've ever had and that's pretty damn bad. McDonald's would be better. Sad part is, Paducah location is nothing like this. My frozen mocha tasted like it was made from cold brew and not espresso. Total garbage. Also the donut holes tasted like they were from 3 days ago. Complete waste of $

The building has a small footprint, but the people are always friendly and helpful! I haven't decided if I like or love Dunkin food, but I do love the variety, and they always prepare it with care. Great crew here!
