Dunkin'

Coffee was great but the wait was frustrating. We ended up waiting 25–30 minutes just for 2drinks and 2donuts. We understand that the staff was limited, there are only two people working, but it was disappointing to see drive-thru orders being prioritized over dine-in customers. Even cars that arrived after us were served first, which made the wait feel even longer. Hopefully, they can work on balancing both in-store and drive-thru orders better in the future.

Terrible experience. They got my simple coffee order wrong three times, and there wasn’t even any coffee made—decaf or regular—The donuts were stale and barely glazed, and an employee made condescending comments about my husband’s parking for no reason. Definitely the worst Dunkin’ Donuts experience ever, go somewhere else!!

I’m in food and Bev so I get it we all have bad days. But the customer service at this location is disgusting. “ WHAT ELSE” “WHAT ELSE”… I greeted the employee and got a “ what do you want “. I understand you might not love your job but treating others poorly sucks. Don’t work at a morning place or an establishment that is open early and on holidays. These were the rudest employees I have encountered in a restaurant ever. Dunkin’ should check this. If you hate your job grow up and find a new one

Less than 2 miles from the KOA we stayed at. The staff was so kind and respectful. No wait on a Saturday morning @830. I ordered 4 iced coffees donuts & breakfast sandwiches and the one came hot. I told the lady & she fixed it in 5 seconds with no complaints. Easy drive thru and walk in service. Great food & drinks made perfectly. I'll be going back tomorrow!

I visited this location on December 7, 2025, at 7:08 AM. Unfortunately, the staff was very rude and dismissive. I made a point to be polite—saying “please,” “thank you,” and wishing them a great day—but received no acknowledgment in return. I asked for a small amount of hot water to top off my espresso, and after already purchasing the drink, I was told they “can’t do that” and that I would need to buy an Americano instead. The attitude and lack of basic courtesy were disappointing and unnecessary.
