Very nice employees, and they always get my order correct!!! The food is FRESH! The employees are so friendly!!!! 😀 The drive thru line goes out to the street most of the time. But don't let that agravate you! The line moves fast!!! These employees work very hard and are so polite!!! I never had a problem! Inside is very clean and has some seating. Parking can be difficult especially if you park in the front of the building. With the drive thru line always being active it block. People in there parking spot because they can't back out. I see people (customers) getting aggravated because they cant just jump in their car and go! They have to wait for the line to go down. If I'm going in the store I park in the back. I love my Dunkin here in Mt. Holly. I stop by almost every morning and am greeted by friendly staff. They typically have my mobile order ready to go by the time I arrive. My order is almost always correct & fresh.

hi everyone . i starred the service a 3 only by the simple fact it depends on the coworkers from time to time . this time i was a little disappointed because me and my boyfriend mentioned “light ice” for our matchas we ordered but they presented us a full cup of ice by the time we finished . maybe i shouldn’t complain but otherwise if you are a matcha fanatic like myself i would recommend the large . regardless great for some quick & refreshing during the early afternoon !

The manager was extremely rude, she was yelling complaints about my order across the establishment so loudly that I could hear it in the drive-through line. They made my drink incorrectly, answered my questions about the menu resentfully, and when I asked if they could fix my drink, they said no. I asked for 5 honey packets inside my matcha, they said yes in the drive through, and then after I paid they handed me 3 in a bag and said they would not mix it for me. I would’ve ordered a different sweetener if I knew they wouldn’t mix it for me. Honey packets won’t dissolve into a cold drink unless shaken or mixed properly.

The woman who served us at the drive-thru didn't even want to talk. We repeated things to her several times, but she wouldn't listen or pay attention. Finally, we ordered our drinks and got to the window, and the first thing she said was, "You can park properly," with a rude attitude. She left me with my hand outstretched, offering her the money to pay. I don't know what bothered her; I was standing right in front of the window, ready to pay. I had to move my car, and she didn't care. She didn't serve us and just left us there. Then a white woman came who was very kind, took our payment, and gave us our drinks. I don't understand why they have to be so rude to customers. Now I understand why there are so many bad reviews. If you don't want to work or be kind to people, just stay home. That
