Rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful staff. I paid for two cocoa mocha lattes and they didn’t even know what my order was. I had to repeat it to them, even though it’s their job to keep track, and instead of preparing it, they started cleaning and organizing the place. I ended up leaving without my coffee. Extremely disappointing experience. Never coming back.

This place is always very busy, that’s why it takes a long time to order and to receive your order. The owners of this franchise need to come up with an idea to redesign the front desk to speed up the process and add more employees specially for the rush hours. DD is a very popular brand and people will keep coming for their donuts and coffee but for how long? I noticed that the one star reviews are increasing and catching up with the five star reviews and that’s not good!

First off horrible service, people working at this location are always in a bad mood, careless and rude. The coffee is always a waste of money, I asked for a caramel iced latte and I got a sugary drink with no coffee flavor at all, pure sugar. I asked if they can add coffee to it because it was plain sugar and they said no, that’s what I asked for that’s what I got. As far as the food is a hit or miss, I order a bacon avocado toast and got no bacon and the toast was so hard I couldn’t eat it. Also got a wake up wrap guess what? No bacon. The worse place to stop by. Save your money and time!

Everyone there is so kind. Food is fresh. Clean. Made with love! 10/10.

What to say about Donkin' Donuts at the Port St. Lucie-Fort Pierce Service Plaza? The quality of the brand is there. The Areas employers are nice. But the lines are too long. Please add more cashiers at the same time so toy can keep up with the high demand.
