Typical Dunkin's with good donuts and terrible coffee. Service wasn't very polite.

Marco the very nasty Manger was called over to deal with another customer in front t of me .What ever the problem was he hastily and very rudely told me to use the kiosk. There and issue with there system. I wasn't able to complete my order so I was patiently waiting to order at the counter. Marco then brushed me aside and said next online use the counter kiosk and you'll be the next served as if I wasn't there. I told him he was very rude and asked his name. He rudely said Marco.Never asking me anything. Very rude and unprofessional

There were 3 people there but it appeared that only one guy was actually working. I was the only one waiting for my food at that time. After some time passed, I inquired about my food, as it was taking a long time. The guy who was working asked what I ordered and I told him grilled cheese with bacon and egg, sausage and cheese croissant. He then turned to the curly headed boy and asked about my food. He said he was wrapping it up now. I didn’t open the bag til we were on the road. What a mistake. The croissant was burnt and the cheese wasn’t melted at all. The grilled cheese and bacon? It was a bacon and egg with syrup! (Is that even a thing?) $13 for 2 inedible sandwiches! All I can say is check your food. Especially if a curly headed kid is cooking!

Terrible customer service, order bagel bacon egg and cheese and croissant sausage and egg. Both sandwiches smelled like burnt and toxic metal burn 🤮 bagel hard and the egg inside dead cold. Never stopping there again. Waste of money.

Run, don’t walk away! 30 minutes wait for 10 donut holes and half dozen donuts. Nothing else. 10 glazed donut holes came out as 5 cinnamon sugar cake and 5 blueberry. Half dozen glazed came out as 4 chocolate cake, and 2 plain cake. Did I mention that I hate cake donuts?!? NEVER AGAIN!!!
