They are always nice and have the food ready on time I appreciate them.

Breakfast items weren’t too good. Ordered the Bagel with egg and cheese and loaded hash browns and they both were not very appetizing and even tasted the same for some reason. They tasted like they were sprayed with a smoke scented perfume.

Don’t dare try to use the bathroom when the manager says no because he MIGHT have to do more work.. god forbid!!!

No drive through location. Easier to place order through the app and pick up to avoid confusion with the order. Consistent quality each time we go so no complaints here, just really long wait.

They should be ashamed!!! It’s 11:30am & the seating area has all their chairs up which makes u feel ur not welcomed to sit. The staff are not pleasant at all. I was watching the woman cut my bagel & u can tell she was struggling to cut it which means it’s hard & stale. I guess they think u can’t tell once it’s toasted. I know I should have said something but I was giving the benefit of the doubt hoping they wouldn’t serve stale bagels. Ha! Just by looking at it u can tell it’s stale then I tried to bite it… ha!!! Choked swallowing it!! Should have went with my instinct!! The best part is when I go in explaining & showing them the bagel banging it on the counter to prove how stale it was their response.. “that is how we make it”. Ha!!! I get a Dunkin iced or hot coffee everyday for 12yrs b
