Unfortunately, the other reviews are correct, customer service is simply non existent. Person taking my order was rude about wanting no ice, and my sandwich was lacking

What kind of origami chef y’all got in the kitchen? This Dunkin was severely understaffed today, I really hope that somebody last-minute called off and that a manager didn’t schedule four people to run a store today. 🥲 staff is usually really friendly though.

I usually get an iced coffee and its good everytime. Their food is a hit or miss. Pictures are from 2 separate visits.

Almost every time I come to this Dunkin location I am waiting at least 20 minutes for my drink while they take customers after me and give them their stuff and make me wait longer, the staff is rude and the quality is terrible every time I order plain mini bagels, there cold. A few days ago, I was sitting at Dunkin with my friend and once we went up to order, they said that we weren’t allowed to order and it kicked us out rudely after letting us sit there for over 10 minutes with no complaint. there has been times when the workers have cursed at me and my friends. overall, everything at this location is very disappointing.
