Dunkin'

We were heading to Mass Eye and Ear Tues. before last, stopped in to the Stoneham D+D around 9:45, for a quick sandwich and coffee. Service was efficient and received ething in a reasonable time. To the very impatient woman that came in shortly after (spouting off about being late for work) and others like her. Maybe if you planned your time more accordingly, you wouldn't be blaming others, for your own faults. TREAT OTHERS AS YOU EXPECT TO BE TREATED AND THE WORLD.... MIGHT BE A BETTER PLACE.

We like this location. We can order while driving down to Boston (or back) and pick up our drinks just of the highway. They make the latte's properly which is not true about 30 percent of the time with Dunkin, especially some locations. This is one of the good locations!

Just my hunch. It seems to me employees are swamped at times, maybe because of huge traffic count on street and right off Interstate Route 93. Seemed to lack that owner/manager helping-out-presence that makes a coffee shop work nicely. This is just my inference.

Bacon was burnt, Loaded Chipotle bowl hash browns were burnt and hard to chew. Cashier was rude and didnt take our order correctly. Gave 3 stars in service only because guy came out saw our drinks and wondered what it was because it looked weird and he was kind enough to change it to what we actually ordered.

Terrible coffee today. I think I got a cup of cream with a coffee flavoring. I actually think the poor kid working there wished he was anywhere else today. I don't blame him.
