Dunkin'

Not very friendly girls who were working. I ordered 3 donuts. My grandson who is six wanted to sit to eat them so we did. My custard filled donut was pretty much all donut and no cream. And @ 10 min still to closing the girl turns the lights off and proceeds to put the chairs on the table while we were still eating our donut, how rude! So we decided to just go . I let her know there were some sprinkles on the table from his donut. She didn’t say anything she just put the chairs on top of it. Poor poor customer service that night. I don’t understand why people take jobs that are with the public if they hate it, makes no sense.

The ONLY time and reason to go to this specific location is if a young woman with blonde curls is working. Any time I've order from anyone else, it's not correct. And, she's honestly just such a delightful person, it makes the visit enjoyable. I only get coffee, so I cant speak on much else, but customer service is a big deal to me. So, go see her!

Absolutely terrible had to stand and wait or several minutes and then I requested 2 dozen donuts with fewest cream filled as possible as I saw their inventory was low and I still received 12 cream filled donuts.

SHOUT OUT TO SARAH !!! They were out of my favorite donut and she ran in and made it for me. Thank you ! Made my whole day. It’s right in the middle of Walmart so tbh the atmosphere isn’t where you could sit down and chill it’s more of a in person drive through. They are limited to certain donuts so be aware.

Went in to find the employee and must of been a friend chatting for a good 5 minutes before finishing the order to move on to the next customer which was me. No greeting, no apology for the wait. I proceeded to order the Brown Sugar Cream Cold Brew in size medium advertised for $3. She said your total is $4 and some change. I asked why it’s not $3 and tax with this $3 promo? She goes to get this guy who comes out to say that they are changing the promotion. I said okay but the sign is still up as I pointed to the advertised sign. He comes storming out from behind the counter to see for himself and says the same thing again, they are changing the promotion. He proceeds to start peeling off the sign so I had asked if he was the manager? He said yes. I asked for this name because he was not w
