Dunkin'

I came through the drive through and after I paid,I noticed that I did not have my debit card. So I asked the girl with the huge eyelashes where my card was. And she said she had it with the cup. I searched for 5 minutes then. I found it on the passenger side in between the seat. Long story short. Please don't hand the cards back with the beverage especially not communicating that you did. Hand it over with a receipt. And then hand out the product, this could have all been avoided. Then, when I told them, I found the card, they all want to laugh. For some reason. Just do it normally.

The manager Melissa is very unprofessional as a manager. There has been numerous times that she will be at register and goes to get someone else to take care of my order and not take my order and make me wait. When I go thru the drive thru all she says is Good morning, not friendly or inviting to Dunkin moto. As a manager you should be able to handle all types of customers she always looks at me like she has a stank attitude. She should not have this position on any level. Being unprofessional and her attitude is gonna make me leave going to Dunkin while I have talked to corporate and nothing changes.

I am very upset. I go to Dunkin’ Donuts the same one every day and they never can get my order right it’s like they’re not paying attention. I’m saying it clear at the window and at the intercom when you’re ordering your food, they still get the order wrong and I have to go back in line more than one time I went today, January 24 at 11 o’clock and they got my order wrong two times I went back in line more than one time and got my order wrong both of times after me telling you at the window what was wrong and what I asked for and they still proceed to get it wrong. I’m very upset the customer service I cannot understand for the life of me. I don’t know if they hear what they wanna hear but I’m so tired of that. I’m spending my money and not getting what I wanted.

This is the second order after I return first order everything bagel mini as the though was wet and and the chese is hard despite it is overheated in microwave or oven. in the second order cheae is burnt inside and the color turned into brown . I guess as thr drive true is busy, they cant handle it well and decrease the wuality of the foods

I used to like this Dunkin Donuts. It was one of my favorites. I stopped going because the staff DO NOT wear their masks properly or they have them down. I asked can you please wear your masks over your nose while making my coffee. She got an real nasty attitude. When I told her that I would speak to the manager she said go ahead. They will no longer get my money. When you ask for avocado toast and get plain bread with avocado spread I couldn't finish it. If made correctly is is tasteful.
