My food was made fine and on time which is crazy because there was one woman back there making The 4 things of food we ordered and I ordered 1 drink. It took almost 20 mins when only 1 person was in front Of us and there were 3 people working in the front. They moved at snails pace and were just chatting it up. I literally watched them talk to each other and slowly walk around for 10 minutes before making any drinks at all. I’ve truly never seen a group of people Move so slowly. The fact that The woman in the back made 4 food items before any of the 3 in the front made a single drink was insane. Not even an excuse of taking Orders as the machines lets customers make their own order.

Cannot give this place a worse review. Stopped off for a drink and something to eat, ended up waiting over 40 minutes and the order was even wrong! Staff have 0 competency and argued amongst each other about whose job it was to sort the order out. At which point the person who was nominated decided to take lunch so order was still not fulfilled until much later. Would definitely avoid like the plague.

If I could give a zero 🌟 I would. Took more than 10 mins. To get my coffee and then another 15 mins to get my food. They work extremely slow and the gentleman that was in the register I had to repeat what I wanted multiple times. Overall worse experience, I had to drive to Miami by 9a and this stop was my worse decision sadly. Ordered @ 6:24a & received my food @ 6:46a

Took 15 min to order and another 10 min to get the pre-made food and drinks. Food packed not the same as the one ordered. The staff are just walking slowly around the kitchen and chatting. Horrible experience

Looong wait to have our order fulfilled. We only had two iced coffees and omelet bites. To begin with, the male cashier was unreasonably rude, curt, and snide. I asked if I could have my rewards I.D. scanned for points in the app, and he rolled his eyes and pointed to a sign that didn't say anything about scanning for rewards points, only that this location didn't participate in app orders. When I asked if he could clarify, he shook his head and just jabbed his finger at the sign again. After he begrudgingly took our order, we stood in line with the others who were waiting. Not a single person smiling, as the other staff members acted similarly to the cashier, and they had been waiting on their orders for upwards of 15-20 minutes.
