Dunkin'

I have to have my coffee and yeah I go there, but I'm no longer a fan of Milton NH Dunkin. I was in probably a few weeks ago and they took a long time because "Drive Thru" seems to be more important. I was told to wait my turn. I was there first. And was given the finger from a worker? Everyone else is really nice though. She must've been on her monthly... 🤬

So nasty disgusting. I don’t spend 30$ a day at dunkin to get hair in my food. So so so nasty. Appetite gone. Do better.

I ordered two medium pumpkin spice signature latte one iced and one hot! Total came out to, $11.07 okay cool. I pull up to window hand her the change mind you I counted twice before handing it to her, she says “you’re a dollar short”so I immediately hand her another one! I let it go didn’t say anything. I get handed the coffees and at this point I went right home I get inside and I took a look at the hot coffee because it didn’t feel full for one. I open it and it’s literally no joke half way full like really! Come on and before anyone comes at me I work at tropical smoothie so I understand retail and customer service!

Every time I get a regular iced coffee in the morning it tastes old and/or burnt. Been going for years. The cold brews are good, but there's been times ive been served normal iced coffees labeled as cold brews, its easy to tell the difference.

I manage my expectation with drive though food however this was absolutely disgusting. Asked for my bagel toasted dark and it was hardly even toasted. The other sandwich I pulled out a long hair out of. Nobody else was in line so there was no reason for it to be wrong.
