Staff is so friendly. I was having problem with converting my points on their app. 2 girls were so patient with me. They converted my points for free drink and made it so fast.
The worker was extremely rude and unnecessary aggressive to every customer with outside food (even a bag of chips). Instead of explaining the policy, the worker threatened to kick people out. Multiple customers experienced the same thing and told me that the employee had been treating people disrespectfully throughout the day. This behavior was unprofessional and clearly not an isolated incident.
Ordered a coffee from here and it wasn’t sweet enough, upon removing the lid I saw old milk in the coffee, I was forced to throw it away and walk to star bucks to get my coffee. Here is the difference between the two. Star bucks uses fresh creamer.
Shakila made my drink and it was so good!! Super custom and I’m picky. So good. I would upload a pic but I’m drinking it too fast 🤤
I really love their hot chocolate, but the fact that I got a large cup, and it is half filled up is kinda crazy, I got large for a reason, I wanted a LARGE HOT CHOCOLATE, not a medium hot chocolate in a large cup. I hope they get better in this💆🏽♀️ bc this had happened to me like two times before 🤦🏽♀️
