Similar unsatisfactory experience as other reviews. Visited May-2025, staff poorly trained and disorganised. Equipment not functioning properly and some food items have run out, how can you run out of ice tea and skim milk? Dunkin has good offering of drinks and food, their people, process and equipment is letting them down. If you cannot manage so many drink combinations then why not go back to selling just donuts and coffee only. 3 stars, will not return.

The staff is totally incompetent, arrogant and unprofessional. Waited an hour for food, came half cooked and the line was out the door. Upon sending this review to Duncan Corporate they did not respond back to me. The brand has gone to the bottom. Good riddance.

Coffee was good and made quickly but they are a bit disorganized. We ordered food for two and we’re waiting quite a while even watching the people ahead of us get food first and the employee stationed at food was doing busy work getting ice. They really need to work on serving the customer first.

Lisa,was the worst customer care at dunking donuts ever, wow. I cant believe the management is keeping someone like that on staff. So rude. The store is losing money just because of this one person. Made us wait, refused to help, made me use the automatic machine. Terrible. Shame on you Lisa..

I ordered an iced macchiato with coffee milk and was charged extra for coffee milk. I watched as they made the drink and saw them put whole milk only in the drink. The kid making it asked about coffee milk and the coworker said, "oh it's ok they won't notice." Poor quality of employees ripping off customers. Thank God I was standing right there and watching. Don't order from this location. If they can't do something simple what else are they missing?
