Louis is friendly and makes the best coffee drinks. There were only a few occasions this year that I went here and the eggs were cold or the sourdough bread wasn't toasted, not sure who made those (it wasn't Louis) and the manager is always helpful

A few feet from my hair salon comes in very handy! I always order on the app so I rarely come in contact with the employees but I do enjoy getting free beverages and if I want something extra the employees always make sure to get it right! One thing I didn’t like and was disappointed by was their munchkin glazed donuts. I had gotten them on a Saturday early afternoon & they weren’t fresh at all! Made me wanna just stick with getting my usual breakfast wrap & hash browns! I definitely suggest getting a Strawberry dragon fruit beverage with extra strawberry dragon fruit! At times the ice dilutes the sweetness so extra is usually needed! The location is in a great area and is hardly ever busy which is good for me but I def. suggest using the app so you can just pickup and go!

Great service and munchkin donuts are just so good (especially the chocolate and pumpkin spice.)

They start closing doors at 9:20 pm refusing to open doors to any one including NYPD and FDNY Who just want coffee. Change the hours to reflect .

Management should really be present on the weekends. The current crew needs help with how to talk and treat customers. They need a lesson in good customer service. I hate to call out names in a review but I have had an issue with the same lady 3x! Horrible attitude and rude as can be. Yes, I’m talking about you Sydney. You need to treat others how you would want to be treated. Shame on you for the way you talk to people. If you don’t like your job, then quit. If you want good customer service avoid 80th avenue Dunkin on the weekends. Wait is ridiculously long too!
