Dunkin'

I had such a great experience at Dunkin’ Donuts! The customer service was honestly so sweet and welcoming. The staff was patient, friendly, and made my whole morning better. They were so nice I even got a free munchkin, which was such a cute and thoughtful surprise! It’s little things like that that really make a difference. The food and drinks were fresh and delicious, and the positive energy from the team really stood out. Definitely coming back!

We ordered at this Dukin during our wait time for bag check-in process. The order processing is very simple and fast. The staff is friendly and able to fulfill all the order in no time. This is a typical airport area pick up place.

The only ones working there are the person making the sandwiches and the lady at the register. The other two are just taking selfies while the store is busy, and we had to wait a long time for our sandwiches. It’s really hard for the ones actually working because dealing with this kind of environment at 5:30 AM is really frustrating.

Very rude interaction! she got a attitude because SHE GOT THE ORDER WRONG AND HAD TO REMAKE IT AND THEN BASICALLY THREW IT AT MY BF BECAUSE HE LET HER KNOW HER MISTAKE !

Great customer service, however the donuts' taste quality was much lower than normal Dunkin' donuts taste. The donut tasted bland, and chocolate had no taste at all. No nearby sitting places were available during my visit. Overall, it was an OK experience.
