Dunkin'

I go here all the time cause it's on my way to work but their so slow here everytime I come there'll be no one in drive thru and it's just like they on purposely go as slow as they can, the Oswego dunkin is so much faster. Also people are kinda snobby it's like a every time occurrence and it's not like I'm rude I work in fast food I understand so.

This location is still incredibly poorly run. The drive through is terrible you can see multiple posts about how long the wait is with consistent errors. It's obvious leadership doesn't care. Anyone driving in the vicinity of this location save yourself the frustration stop at gas station or a local store the quality of the food is probably close with a lot less aggravation. I might only spend 3500 a year at this location but that's 7 - 12 dollars every day during the week 52 weeks a year. Not much but I'll spend it elsewhere from now on.

Quick service, great coffee. Our drink was well made. This is one of the better Dunkin's around.

Served me bacon that was so burnt it was black

Got 2 chipotle hash brown wake-up wrap and a medium caramel cream frozen coffee, along with a small one. That's mine and my mom's normal order. How they manage to mess EVERYTHING up, blows my mind. No chipotle sauce on the wraps, they're dry, overcooked, and taste bad enough to make me want to puke. Coffee tastes disgusting, like it was made using outdated coffee or something. No idea. It just tastes horrible. Congrats on giving us the WORST Dunkin experience we've ever had.
