Dunkin'

I placed an advanced order for a Coffee tote to go and Munchkins with Manager Samantha. She was amazing to work with and my order was ready today when I needed to pick it up. Thank you for making my day!

Place was a mess. Under staffed - possibly a bad day - one person running drive thru, another wondering about - kiosk blocked by a group doing who knows what - would have been forgiven and given a chance if at least one person acknowledged my existence. This did not happen. Went down the road to Scooters for the win!

The lady doing the order got my order wrong and then charged me for 2 donuts after I specifically told her to change the flavor of 1 donut. I am disappointed that this location gets my order incorrect continously. Its not fair to the employees who work good. My suggestion is to work better as a team

Walked in not knowing what to order. The lady at the front helped us out and she was a very friendly. Would recommend coming to this place as much as you can

No acknowledgment of us standing waiting to order. We waited about 5 minutes for someone to turn around and continue to ignore us. After finally getting our order rudely taken, the avocado toast I ordered was up in 30 seconds. It was avocado bread, not toasted and was awful. The coffee is average. Don’t waste your time going here unless you want to be treated like you don’t exist.
