Got a medium iced coconut milk latte this morning. They charged me for extra mocha but never added it. And they used spoiled milk in my coffee. Worst experience ever! Would not recommend this location. I would rather walk two blocks and go to the one on 8th and market. This location is horrible and the staff is super unorganised.
SHUT THIS LOCATION DOWN One worker on a Saturday who said there not serving food wile there just sitting watching videos on there phone plus the coffeee wasn’t even drinkable it taste super old and I don’t understand how Dunkin’ even cares of holding standers this disappointing quality of this place is so bad it’s not even a question why this place is closed on a Sunday. Do not go to this location your food will not be up to standards
I love my Dunks! As long as its served to me hot I'm happy. I will say, this place is under staffed especially for the early morning rush. Two people behind the counter is not enough. Which is probably the reason this dunks have a 2 star rating. Coffee was fresh and I didn't wait more then 2 mins if that.
This is the worst Dunkin' I have ever been to. The coffee is so terrible. I had been to this location a few times before and always thought that they just over loaded the coffee with milk/cream, but this last time I asked for no cream and the below is the color of the coffee. It tasted both weak and stale. I would never suggest this to anyone. There are too many other coffee options in the area to settle for this store.
Ordered a Large Ice Coffee w/ Cream and Sugar at the counter, but received Large Hot Coffee instead. Asked about the mistaken order, and ended up with a watered-down Medium Ice Coffee that was not even cold; you can see several small ices floating on top. I have been to this DD branch for years, seeing changes from layout, employee, and management style. I don't usually get worked out, but after all of these years I do now. This DD place made ton of money during rush hours alone, and they skimmed on small things? WOW. Obviously, customer service is not value here.
