Dunkin'

Dunks has hit rock bottom finally. The food is barely edible. Gone are the days when the coffee and donuts were made fresh on site. The product is just garbage. Today I was served the worst everything bagel ever. Warmed, but definitely not toasted, this almost plastic like concoction was flavored as if it was made in a chemical factory not a bakery. Shaking my head Dunks; what ever happened to the quality offerings you once provided to your customers.

It was redonkylous!! So there's a waterfall in the place and I swam with a dolphin named corkey they said he was in a show called life goes on?? I have no idea about that on how a dolphin could be on a sitcom but hey to each their own!! GOOOOOO CORKEY!!!! Then just as I was about to leave corkey swam so fast and jumped out of the tank and impaled himself through me.... Now we are One being one mind one creat..... Fish! FiSH!!! I NEED FISH NOW AGHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!

Service was a bit slow, they only fix 2 orders at a time and it always has long lines. Order on the app for easy pickup!

CertaIt seems to me that the manager showed no mercy to consumers regarding the food orders I requested, as my order was simply nodded at and rung up without any prompts. The staff neglected the consumer's requests. don't understand how a million-dollar company and a small franchise can serve bad quality food to consumers' requests. My order for well-done bacon and hash browns was only half done, soggy, and poorly presented. The bacon was not even crispy, even though it takes only 3 to 5 minutes in a quick-convenience oven to cook properly.

If you're in a heated rush, don't bother ~ the line may look short but I stood behind an adult ordering donuts that tested my patience & I gave up. When I saw this little girl nibbling on a sprinkle donut, I swear DD should put her in every commercial ⭐ She made my heart smile. FYI, if you need directions anywhere (including the bathroom), don't waste time asking them.
