The manager openly admitted their espresso machine has been broken for MONTHS — yet they kept charging full price for espresso drinks the whole time. They weren’t planning to fix it at all until I filed complaints with the NY Attorney General, the BBB, and corporate. So yes… they knowingly sold drinks they could not make and took people’s money anyway. If you’ve ordered espresso drinks recently, you were almost definitely ripped off. Check your receipts — and speak up, because this only got addressed after formal complaints.

Employees ignore customers to chat with their friends and exchange money that didn’t go in the register. They also will make one hot food item at a time and have 5 minute waits between receiving hot item.

I used to love this Dunkin. But for the past year I have had to travel somewheres else just to get a drink made right and the food cooked right. I get the same drink every single time, and its impossible for me to walk out with the right drink. I could specify it to the tee and still have it made wrong. I gave this place a chance today after a horrible experience a couple weeks ago, and still the same lady and still couldn’t get my drink right. This horrible experience I mentioned is I asked for a latte, and she charged me a latte. 5$. Gave me a regular iced coffee. Which costs 3$. Knowingly I turned right around walked in and asked if there latte machine is working, turns out it’s was BROKEN. Same lady made my drink and put my order in that day, and blows my mind that u charged me a latte

Called they messed up my doordash order and didnt even put my food in the order that I paid for, then when I called the manager female was very rude and said ti come get it, I said im in a wheelchair and she said well I cant see the phone was very rude and I will be calling corporate

My order was for a "Caramel Craze Signature Latte" which is sold as a hot drink. What I received was in a cup for a hot beverage, but I guess the employee didn't feel like steaming the milk, because it was made with cold milk. It was a long wait at the window to receive an incorrectly made $6 drink.
