Dunkin'

The avocado toast looks nothing like the advertisement with like two or three pieces of bacon crumbs on it 😅 and as expensive as it is I want my toast exactly like the pic EVERY time. I had to wait one morning for close to 20 minutes and my son ended up late to school because their staff was so slow- his order was very simple so there was no reason to have us waiting unnecessarily. The manager always seems stressed out of her mind almost like the customers are bothering her. I just wish people enjoyed their jobs and made customer service a priority. Sadly, those days are long gone especially at this dunkin location.

Came through here this morning to order some donuts. I ordered “6 maple glazed, 6 chocolate glazed, and 2 strawberry glazed.” I ended up receiving the correct maple and strawberry donuts, but the chocolate ones were chocolate cake style donuts…which is interesting considering I ordered all the donuts the same way. I opened the box once I arrived at my destination and realized they were incorrect. Didn’t think it was a big deal, but I did decide to go back and make mention of the fact that they gave me the wrong donuts. Heck, they are expensive enough, I wanted to get what I actually ordered. When I came back inside, and explained this all to the employee, he said he remembered me (funny because he wasn’t even the one who gave me the order) and he said that I confirmed to him I wanted the c

I am a frequent Dunkin’ customer, and I am writing to report an extremely unpleasant and disappointing experience during my recent visit. The employee who took my order, named Avery, treated me in a manner that felt disrespectful and inappropriate from the beginning. While ordering donuts, I slightly stepped toward the display case to confirm the donut names. At that point, she sharply rushed me to order and spoke in a very impatient tone. Throughout the entire transaction, she repeatedly sighed loudly and showed clear annoyance. Her attitude made me feel ignored and unwelcome, and her behavior did not reflect basic customer service standards. When I asked for my receipt so that I could leave feedback, she muttered under her breath and appeared to whisper complaints to her coworkers. Th

Dunkin' just opened their newest location in Marvin, NC and I decided to stop by and check it out. Since they are doing their grand opening, I won't make this a long review but just state my first impressions. The restaurant is obviously clean, well stocked and everything is in order. The service was quick but there weren't a lot of customers there so that may have helped. The cashier had a couple of hiccups with imputing the order but made up for it by offering an upgrade. The donuts were good and tasted fresh so big check in the food. The atmosphere was quiet because again there weren't many customers so ambiance is really unknown at this time. Overall, I had a great first impression.

I come in every morning to do research for a podcast i do and every morning they are so sweet to me even when it is hectic every single one of them are wonderful they have to take so many crap from so many people i have seen it almost every morning rude people that are mean and the still work hard and smile especially miss brenda the manager she has been nothing but wonderful to me i have never had better service then i get here the food is always amazing and the coffee i look forward to it every morning it is the perfect way to spend the morning and afternoon its a happy atmosphere and they make the most amazing donuts especially the valentines day ones the brownie batter one is addictingly good i have been getting one every morning since they brought them back for valentines day
