Please train your employees. They are very sweet but the coffee is horrible. It’s bean water. This was 7 dollars. Supposed to be mostly espresso (3 shots) and a dab of milk. It’s white and tastes like water. That’s not ok

I am just very frustrated with this location. I frequent here almost everyday as my job is right behind it and my order is wrong everyday. If I ask for caramel coffee with cream and sugar, it’s black. If I ask for a bagel toasted with butter, it’s soaked in butter… completely unnecessarily. Yesterday I was given a second meal I didn’t even order and when I asked for the total to be corrected , instead of refunding me and charging me for what I asked for, they charged me a second time for the food that wasn’t mine! While the employees are not, I am under the impression they are poorly trained and just doing whatever to get through the day. My experience has been irritating and very disappointing ever since Eddie the manager left and his impact clearly made a difference. The grievances I hav

Employee at the window this morning was very rude. Crumpled my receipt as he gave it to me, acted as if he didn’t want to give me my credit card back. When I told him my coffee was incorrect he closed the window and walked away. Then gave me a coffee that still was incorrect but after waiting for almost 10minutes I was not willing to be late for work. Egg and cheese wraps were cold in the center, but what really got me was how rude this man was. We will definitely never come back to this location! Do better!

Today at 210 pm the lady taking my order poor customer service attitude not welcoming. When I pulled up the other young lady was nice but I can see the lady taking order on her phone leabing on the counter. Donuts were stale and plain. How can you mess up glaze donut holes

The location of this store is off a busy street and it has nice entrance and exit. There are plenty of parking spots for cars to park in. The staff is nice, kind and helpful staff. They are always willing to help with mine and my family’s needs.
