Service sps for pickup missing items most of time. always check before leaving. food not properly warm. even their phone number does not work aswell.

the bathrooms were horrible. the service was as good as it could be given they had majority of their staff call out to celebrate the holiday

Slow service, somewhat unfriendly staff, bathrooms aren't kept clean. The restaurant's interior looks nice, but the slow service and general unpleasant ambience took away from the experience. Generally would avoid.

Thus Dunkin doughnuts is in pikesville on reisterstown rd. I ordered 2 drinks and a 10 count munchkin for$2.00, at the drive through. The Indian guy at the window said to me that the munchkins were$3.00 and not$2. I informed him, that it's posted on the menu for$2. I drive around to the window after taking a picture of it and showing him that it clearly states$2. He told me he was not going to sell them to me for that price regardless of what the sign said. I told he could keep his doughnuts and drinks. I was not nasty nor did i curse. I simply drove away. I will never patronize poor customer service and i will never go back to this location.

All clean and as expected. Staff helpful (even when I messed up my order). Washroom clean (but no hook to hang up bag). A nice break in a long journey, as not far from main road.
