I ordered an iced coffee, they made a hot coffee. When I reminded them I ordered iced (it was on the ticket) they went back and obviously poured the hot coffee into a cup with ice. The coffee tasted horrible and the ice melted within about a minute. I always have to wait over 10 minutes at the drive thru (everyone comments about how long the drive thru takes) and they always mess up the orders. This is the last time I will ever go to this Dunkin’ location. I’d rather drive to another town and get good food and service. Zero stars!
Probably one of the worst Dunkin’ Donuts around. Employees have no work ethic at all. They take their sweet time and do bs behind the counter while you are waiting to order for 15 minutes at the front register during slow hours.
I keep giving this place after chance, it’s like they don’t know what a light and sweet is. It comes out bitter every single time and even when I get it remade, it doesn’t make a difference. This has happened on multiple occasions.
The lady in the drive thru was very friendly! Much better than Dunks in Mass
Ordered a sesame bagel with cream cheese... paid for the cream cheese darn if I could see any on it. Was as thin as lipstick on your lips! Very disappointed they NEED TO TRAIN PEOPLE BETTER!
