Dunkin'

If I could give a zero star rating, I would. This Dunkin location is an absolute disaster and reflects some of the most unprofessional management I’ve ever encountered. The leadership here is disorganized, dismissive, and clearly has no understanding of business ethics. One of the female managers is especially hostile and extremely rude. When I asked a simple question, I was met with an unnecessary level of hostility and aggression that I have genuinely never experienced anywhere else. Many members of the management come off as extremely entitled and feel that their position gives them the right to be rude. Walked in to pick up a few donuts. They only had French crullers no other donuts….only bagels for some reason. Also no one came up to assist or talk or anything, we stood there for a while and left, because again…no donuts at Dunkin DONUTS…

I had the absolute worst customer experience of my life today. I ordered an egg and cheese sandwich that by default comes with American cheese with extra white cheddar. When I get the sandwich, it was missing the American cheese. I went up and told the lady that my sandwich was missing one of the cheeses very politely, and she immediately started speaking to me very dismissively and rudely. She said no that’s what you ordered, there’s no extra cheese even though I was showing her evidence of the order on my phone, and then got so agitated she slapped a piece of cheese on my bagel and said here you want cheese, there you go. I was absolutely appalled. I have never been treated so rudely in my life. She started saying I can’t remake it for you ate half the bagel, even though I had quite lite

We visited this location with over 60 campers during the week, to end our day/week on a sweet & positive note. The staff there could not have been better. They took our orders in an efficient manner, cranked them out in the speediest of deliveries, did not miss a beat despite the vast and diverse orders AND did It all with smiles on their faces!

This is my fav location , clean and very quiet place The best coffee ☕️ I love u guys ❤️
