Dunkin'

I don’t know where this Dunkin has such bad reviews. I come here all the time in the morning, especially weekends and I’m in and out through the drive-through I had maybe two times last year that they messed up on my drink. But the second time they did it, they remade it and it tasted how I wanted it to taste like which everyone makes mistakes. But other than that, they made my drink the way I want it the way I asked for every single time and they are really nice people.

Not even a 1. We stop every weekend on a Saturday and it's always the same thing. Same order as a walk-in. They always get it wrong! They don't care for their customers and they have no customer service skills. Not even acknowledge you are there. Each time we have to go back to get the order fixed. What is this? Whomever franchises this place should check on these employees. No more! Lost us!

This is a large “full” drink with half ice because they fill your drinks to the brim otherwise. I was told I had to specifically ask for less ice if I didn’t want me large filled to the brim. Not only do they not top you off. They still put in full ice. If you like your over priced drinks filled with ice and not full this is the Dunkin for you. This is a consistent problem. It’s the only one in my town so I’ve given them plenty of second chances.

Terrible, they are out of donuts at 4:30 pm with the exception of a couple of chocolate frosted and the donuts that cost more. 👇

Do not order from the mobile app at this store. I ordered a drink that was on their mobile app. When I went to pick it up, I was told they no longer carry that item. When I asked for a refund, I was told they can't do refunds and I would have to contact Customer Service. Of course, Customer Service is not open on weekends. You then have to send an email. If someone even bothers to read the email, you will have to wait to get your money back for a product they never had any intention of giving you. In any other business model, this would be considered fraud or down right theft. If you want to jump through hoops to try to get your money back, then go to this store.
