Dunkin'

Stopped in on my way to work for some donuts. It was about 8:45am which is on the later side for Morning Rush and they still had a great selection. Very clean with ample seating, and a drive thru for people on the go. A couple choices for drink containers and other accessories. Their Breakfast sandwiches are a must try as well. Dunkin’ has been making recent improvements with their store design, food menu, Customer Service improvements as well. So if it’s been a while since you’ve had them, give them a try. The staff at Dunkin' in Maplewood, Minnesota were awesome! They were busy but powered through, serving up some awesome Midnight coffee and Wake-Up wraps! Thanks for the great service and clean establishment!

I came here two days in a row.. First day they got my order incorrect through the drive-through. I ordered one hot drink, and one doughnut when I paid for my order I received two donuts and a cold drink. I just went about my day and let it be. The second day I ordered two hot drinks and one donut I received one hot and one cold drink and the correct doughnut. I don’t know if they need to fix their headphones, but it’s very frustrating because I repeated my order multiple times both days.

Everytime I order here it takes atleast 15 minutes and my coffee is always incorrect. The girls always seem so confused too, but usually always friendly. It’s convenient for Costco runs but man it’s becoming a waste of money and an errand in itself.

If you want great customer service this is the donut shop to go to. I asked if they had a military discount after my order had already been rung up. They said they absolutely do honor the military and were pleased to change my charges to one with a discount. Thank you so much, Dunkin’ Donuts! You made my day!!
