No issues with food, customer service is terrible. Workers have the nerve to accuse me of yelling at them, lost a long time customer because there are tons of Dunkin’s in Jersey. Friendly reminder you offer nothing unique or special.
Everytime I go in the drive through a young skinny guy NEVER SPEAKS! No hello no welcome NO thank you at all! Complete silence!!! I can go somewhere else and get customer service. Plus when ur giving your order they rush you. While you’re telling them u want a large hot coffee with…… your interrupted “black or cream and sugar. It’s like DANM CAN I FUNISH MY ORDER WITHOUT INTERRUPTION!
Worst staff. The girl who rang up was cool but the other Indian man who works with her kept giving attitude and instead of asking if we need something goes why are u still at the window when we wanted to change the straws. Had to go to other Dunkin just to get the straws right. Rude Indian man.
They greeted me promptly and took my rather large order quickly. Happy to report that they got it 100% correct! The space was rather small, but since we were the only ones in there, it was adequate. Gave 4 stars cause they don't have a drive thru. Other than that, they were ok. Will probably return if the need for a coffee hits me as I get near.
Always amazing service!! They’re very fast and friendly, never have a complaint. Keep up the great work ladies :)
