Dunkin'

The Sunday crew just can’t seem to get a simple order correct. I’ve come here almost everyday the last 2 years and order the same exact thing. Then after they forget 4 items they make you wait on line again for another 10 minutes to order instead of just correcting their mistakes right away. So now I’ve waited a total of 32 minutes for an order to be completed. So now the food from the original order has gone cold. I understand that people make mistakes and are new and have to learn but the mistakes should be corrected right away not made to wait through 6 more orders. At least can apologize for the confusion and not let the new guy employee sit there and laugh at customers because he can’t do the job correctly yet and lie trying to say some items weren’t ordered. Again told them 5 times

I ordered 2 drinks and 6 donuts. 4 Boston creme a jelly and a strawberry frosted. The drinks were perfect but the donuts. Not so much. Not only did they look like they were thrown down the stairs a couple of times but I didn't even get my jelly donut. I was given another strawberry. Now if that is just that they didn't have a jelly that's fine but for them to look smothered and smashed around is unacceptable.

Mobile Ordered 50 munchkins, waited 10 minutes for my order, not a single employee in sight, eventually heard someone order munchkins in store and the cashier told them they’re out of munchkins. Why wasn’t this relayed to me who is now out of $18? Tried calling multiple times and just got an automated response. Absolutely pissed.

Vanilla, strawberry and chocolate do not mean old fashioned and jelly. Verify if you go here since orders are not followed from my experience and pic.

Man, how can somewhere make shitty coffee THIS bad? You know? It's crazy. I come out of convenience and have low expectations as is and they're still absolutely slaughtered. Doesnt even taste like coffee. Its like coffee water and too much syrup no matter what you order. It sucks because some of the people that have been working their are the nicest people.
