Dunkin'

This Dunkin location is a wholesome place to go to first thing in the morning before work. It gets terribly busy but the staff are fast, accurate and never forgets to say good morning and thanks. And because I’m a regular they always know what I want. I enjoy my DUNKIN!! And thanks for these new Summer offers …..

Ordered a Large Regular Coffee, got a Large Iced Coffee. I politely explained what I wanted 3 times, reclarifying I don't want an iced coffee. The staff didn't understand my clear and musical Canadian accent. Threw it in the garbage and walked out. This is the first and last time I ever go to a Dunkin.

Went in to this Dunkin for a cup of coffee. The coffee was so watered down, it was like drinking coffee tea. I know they want to make money, but what are they brewing 1/2 the coffee per pot, to stick it to their customers? You may think that your making twice the money by brewing such THIN coffee, but what you're doing is making sure that customers never go to your store again. I don't need a cup of hot milk / 1/2 and 1/2 with VERY watered down coffee.

Just picked up a $3 Iced Medium Cold Brew with Pumpkin Cream. Today is the last day for this offer. Run while you can still get it! Delicious!

Such a big franchise & can’t even hand out candy on Halloween for trick or treaters. Also, the the jelly’s taste stale & lack filling.
