Customer Reviews
Updated: What I ordered versus what I got. It is not just this time, it is every. Single. Time, why can y’all not make coffees the way y’all are supposed to you’re literally the ones that make the recipes.I Ordered the Pumpkin Sugar Cookie Iced Coffee with cold foam and cinnamon — got a plain iced coffee instead. Paid for the specialty drink, didn’t get it. This place has a low-star rating for a reason. This location gets a lot of reviews about service, and they are not joking, the lady at the counter genuinely looks like she just doesn’t wanna be there which is fine but don’t get a customer service facing job. They’re lucky I didn’t have time to wait today. next time I’ll make sure I do. Original- This Dunkin’ is consistently disappointing. I usually order one of the signature drinks—som
This is closer to my house and heart. We love their coffees, donuts and snacks. Especially every Sunday morning, I like to have breakfast at this place. My favourite is egg and cheese croissant, hash browns and french curler. We keep driving down for frozen coffee. This place is take away station and closes by 6PM. The service is always good and they are always quick.
Great service and super friendly staff, as well as a very clean location. The food is great but I got this iced latte and it was almost all ice. The drink was basically disguised to look full using ice. I got a couple sips and that was it.
Zero stars ‼️I waited in line 10 minutes in the drive-through for a hot tea only to get to the window and the older woman tells me that they don’t have tea. Then she began to speak Spanish to her coworkers and complain about me when I told her I was also Spanish understood everything she said and pointed to the flag in my windshield . She was shocked and slammed the window in my face, then open the window offered me a different tea that I didn’t want told me she could just give me a refund when I still needed a drink. I went back once since then she does not greet you. She is not friendly and stares at you like you’re the problem. I literally avoid this place as much as I love Dunkin I won’t go to this location and it’s the only one near my job.
First time at this location and not a super familiar Dunkin customer. Ordered and iced coffee and they asked if I wanted cream and sugar, yes. The coffee had a PILE of undissolved Granulated sugar in the bottom of the cup so that every sip was a mouthful of crunchy sugar. Also ordered a bacon "snack" and it was flimsy and not well done (should've asked for it to be cooked more if I knew this was the regular I suppose).
